SPC’s new Strategic Accounts Executive

What have you learned about building strong & successful client relationships?
It becomes all about trust and the solutions you can bring to clients. If they believe you can navigate your organization well on their behalf and provide winning solutions to their challenges, you gain their trust.
How has your manufacturing management background influenced the way you approach selling print solutions?
Learning the process allows me to solve issues and, more importantly, provide solutions for clients. You need to understand the unique capabilities, strengths, and processes in manufacturing to effectively help clients. A slight format change, if you understand the equipment, can save clients 40% in costs. I have been able to share these efficiencies with my partners time and again.
What has kept you excited about the printing and direct mail industry over the years?
Change and technological advancements. With new variable capabilities, we can deliver mail that is way beyond what data can support. This lends itself to creative solutions we can re-imagine on behalf of our clients and charge toward uncharted territory.
What’s something you’ve learned over your career that you wish you knew on day one?
It feels like so much. Understanding the processes and what different companies in printing can do. If I knew that going in, that would have been a great asset to me as I began the journey.
Outside of work, what are some hobbies you enjoy?
I enjoy the challenges of working out and working on my best health. I love to read and would love more time for that in my daily routine.
