Specialty Print Communications and its affiliates (collectively “us”, “our” or “we”) collects the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit, and information volunteered by the visitor, such as information requests, survey information and/or site registrations. Safe Harbor Compliance
Specialty Print Communications complies with the Safe Harbor standards developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in connection with the European Union Directive on Data Protection.
The principal information collected by Specialty Print Communications that is subject to the safe harbor standards is information collected from the European Union about Specialty Print Communications’ customers required by Specialty Print Communications to provide those customers with marketing production services, including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of our customers’ clients. Specialty Print Communications also may collect information from its customers and suppliers located in the European Union necessary to conclude business transactions, including name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit-related information (collectively, “Personal Information”).
Unless required by law or regulation, Specialty Print Communications will not disclose Personal Information to third parties that are not acting on behalf of Specialty Print Communications or use such Personal Information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected without first giving the person who provided the information the right to “opt out” from the disclosure or use.
Specialty Print Communications has adopted measures to minimize the risk of unauthorized disclosure, loss, or misuse of Personal Information provided to the Company.

The U.S. Direct Marketing Association (DMA) serves as Specialty Print Communications’ third-party dispute resolution provider. If you do not receive acknowledgment of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed, you should then contact the DMA Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program.
