5 Questions with SPC’s New Strategic Accounts Executive, Jason Walker

Can you provide a brief overview of your career journey and what led you to join SPC?

I’ve spent over 20 years in commercial print, managing complex automotive and advertising accounts. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong client partnerships and delivering high-quality solutions.  Joining SPC felt like a natural next step given their strong reputation, leadership team, and impressive capabilities.

What piqued your interest in joining the SPC team?

I had conversations with Joe Carte, a veteran SPC sales rep, and was introduced to the SPC Executive Team. During my visit to SPC a year ago, I saw a culture driven by energy, collaboration, and a strong emphasis on growth. It immediately felt like the right fit for me.

What experiences from your previous roles have prepared you for this position?

Over the course of my career, I’ve learned that success comes down to listening, clear communication, and consistency.  I operate by four core values: honesty, trust, loyalty, and love — and those principles guide how I approach every relationship.

What are you looking forward to achieving in your new role as Strategic Accounts Executive?

I’m focused on delivering results for my clients and learning from my new team members at SPC. I hope to achieve an understanding of what’s next in our industry and to be a part of that growth.

Outside of work, what are your favorite hobbies?

Outside of work, my family is the most important part of my life. I enjoy coaching and watching my kids play sports.  I also enjoy staying active, snowboarding, and golf.
