Exciting news for 2026: all promotions will see an increase! Every incentive that provided a 3% or 4% discount in 2025 will be raised to a 5% discount this year. Get ready for enhanced savings!

Integrated Technology: 5% Discount

Select your start date at any point during the 2026 promotion calendar for your max. 6 consecutive months.

Continuous Contact: 5% Discount

Active: 4/01/2026 – 12/31/2026

Receive a 5% discount for sending follow-up mailings to the same address. These repeated mailings must complement or build upon the initial mailing.

  • No discount on initial mailing. 5% discount on follow-up mailings.
  • Content must be iterative or complementary, not duplicative. The content logically builds upon what comes before it.
  • Distribution during the promotion period

First-Class Mail Advertising: 5% Discount

Active: September 1st – December 31st

This promotion encourages marketers to integrate marketing messages and promotion offerings directly onto their First-Class mail pieces, enhancing engagement and potentially boosting response rates.

New Incentive – Catalog Insights: 10% Discount

Active: 10/1/2025 – 6/30/2026

  • A catalog is a booklet with at least 12 pages
  • Bound along one edge, showcasing products or services for sale. It can be mailed as a letter, flat, or package using USPS Marketing Mail® or Bound Printed Matter rates.
    • Stapled
    • Stitched
    • Glued
    • Fastened along an Edge
  • Product listing must include images, photographs, or illustrations of the products or services, descriptive details, and prices
  • Catalogs must contain enough information to allow an order to be placed, e.g., an order form, a phone number, a web address, a QR code, etc., to drive to a website

Renewed Add-On Promotions

For any mail piece that participates in other promotions (other than Reply Mail IMbA Base/Primary Promotion), the customer can add on a 1% discount for Informed Delivery and/or Sustainability.

  • Layer the Add-Ons to another promotion and increase your discount
  • Add-ons cannot be claimed alone; they must be accompanied by a promotion
  • Available to use all year round

The Sustainability Add-On

  • Encourages mailers to show efforts to be environmentally conscious by demonstrating the paper used in the mailing came from certifiable, responsible sources.
  • Certifications include SFI, FSC or PEFC. Others can be submitted for consideration.
  • Only one element of the piece needs to meet requirements to be eligible.

The Informed Delivery Add-On

  • To maximize the USPS postage discounts, we recommend testing an informed delivery for a free second touch to the audience you are mailing to.

Mail Growth Incentive

The USPS will continue the Mail Growth Incentive into 2026. No changes will be made except for the qualifying dates.

2026 Dates

Baseline Period: October 2024 – September 2025 (FY2025)

Registration Period: November 2025 – June 2026

Incentive Performance Period: January – December 2026

  • Eligible mailers can receive a credit for additional mail volume more than their baseline volumes
  • Baseline is determined from the USPS fiscal year, 10/1/2024-9/30/2025
  • To qualify, mailers must have a minimum volume of 1 million pieces and grow mail volume above their baseline during the performance period (Jan-Dec 2026)
  • When you claim those credits, you can also claim a promotional discount on the same statement
