
SPC adds another all-star to our team with the addition of Kathleen Dykstra, a 30-year veteran in the print industry.
In her new role as Director of Estimating, Kathy will assume leadership of a mission-critical team responsible for developing the optimal production architecture for new projects and delivering pricing across SPC’s expansive platform of integrated print manufacturing, fulfillment, marketing services and technologies.

We asked Kathy a couple of questions to get to know her better:
Can you provide a brief overview of your career journey and what led you to join SPC?
My journey started over 30 years ago in the printing / direct mail space. I always love the opportunity to help customers develop projects that provide better pull in their campaigns.
What experience from your previous roles has prepared you for this position?
Previous to SPC, I worked at another print organization, where my passion developed working with sales and developing the best product fit for equipment and better ROI for customers.
What are you looking forward to achieving in your new role as Director of Estimating?
I’m looking forward to personal growth here and growth for the SPC team. My goal is to continue to help sales and customers with ROI on their mail projects.
What is the best piece of business advice you have ever received?
Patience and knowing we can always count on change.
Outside of work, what are your favorite hobbies?
Staying active. Walking, Golfing, Paddle boarding, beach time, and spending time with family and friends.
