SPC works tirelessly to guarantee the confidentiality of clients’ data. All files are transmitted through a secure FTP site (SFTP) where each client has their own login and authorized access. Employing various types of encryption and a limited-access data department are just a couple of ways we guard data.

SPC has multiple data centers across three facilities with redundant backups to maintain operations and protect against data loss due to unforeseen causes. SPC follows strict rules on how client data is stored, transmitted and deleted to comply with and exceed industry-accepted security standards

This affirms our systems and equipment are calibrated to G7 gray balance and neutral tone curves as well as provides G7 proofs and printed products. IDEAlliance is the leading developer of specifications and certifications in the graphic communications industry.

USPS Seamless Acceptance Partner

SPC is a USPS Seamless Acceptance Partner. Seamless Acceptance allows SPC to submit mailings to the USPS for auto-verification. It provides visibility downstream throughout the mail process allowing us to validate the accuracy of mail preparation, rate category, entry and payment through the USPS.
